Someone recommended it to me, and told me that after years of acne, this is the one thing that cleared them up. Hasn't really made a big difference to me, but my skins pretty clear to begin with

I've tred 95% of the stuff in this thread, and none of them made a significant difference.
Spectro gel is my favorite though.

Well I'm on medication for the acne (and BC too) because mine is hormonal. It's not even about acne though, it's about keeping the skin clean. It helps a lot.

Oatmeal soap (in bar form) is great too, I hear.
