So typical. She is going to gain something out of stealing you away from this new girl. It's her way of being in control, and reassuring herself that she's better. If you pick her, things will go stale again once the competition is gone.
i absolutely agree.
she's suddenly showing interest again and its probably out of jealousy and since she knows that she still have a place in your heart she's using it to her advantage.

It's your choice. Who means more to you Amanda, who doesn't want to let you go, or Cass who let you go, and now randomly want's you back.
And most of the time, going back to Ex's end's badly anyways.
Like Amanda said, "Do whatever you think is right"
I think if there's two girls and you don't know what to do then maybe you shouldn't be with either of them.
If you're going to be with someone it's only fare to them that you want them 100%.
I think that exes are " exes " for a reason.
Past should stay in the past.
